Shipping and shop policies

I do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.  However, if there is an issue with craftsmanship, please contact me. My pieces are handmade and have natural imperfections. These imperfections are part of what makes my work have an organic, unique quality. 

Items will be shipped as soon as possible after payment is received. I am not responsible for lost or stolen items once they leave my hands. I highly suggest using USPS Priority Shipping with insurance. First class international shipping (except Canada) does not have tracking outside of the US. Buyer is responsible for any customs tax, levy, fee, and/or duties.
