Best fits a smaller wrist. Inside diameter is about 2.32". You can measure with a flexible measuring tape around the largest part of your hand to see if it will fit over. My hand measures 7.5" around and this fits me.
A grounding piece for everyday. Just right on it's own and stacks well with others.
